Bio

Hi! I'm Jared Ramos, a brass musician from Salt Lake City, Utah. While I mostly play trombone, I also play sousaphone and bass guitar. I started playing trombone in my school band program and went on to complete my education at the University of New Orleans and Utah Valley University, earning a bachelor's degree in commercial music. I regularly perform with several bands, including Modern Retrospect, Sky Cougar, The Hardy Brothers, and the New Orleans-style brass band I lead, Full-Blown Horns.

Music has given me the opportunity to travel extensively, including trips to Mexico, Canada, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic.
